Dutch institute ArtEZ launches Curatorial Practices in Music, a new Masters-level course in curating. Deadline for applying: December 15
14 musicians and music professionals will have the opportunity to explore ways to collectively and individually redefine what it means to be a music curator. Reassess relationships between music and audience, develop new hybrid formats, and connect activist and artistic goals. The course features expert guidance from eight prominent guest speakers who have made their mark in the field. What does the work of a music curator involve? How can you use curatorship to strengthen the core of your own music practice? Which values and functions of music would you like to explore and develop?
